Demolition of a large section of the historic Galey & Lord/Brighton mill in Shannon, Georgia is underway, and the tear down is generating large quantities of reclaimed wood including heart pine flooring and maple flooring. We have lengths of up to 20 feet and a variety of widths including wide-plank flooring. We have several grades including Select, #1 and #2 Grades, and Cabin Grade Knotty Pine.

This is an active project producing thousands of feet of reclaimed wood including dirty top and dirty face pine, large timber beams, and hardwood flooring which can be custom-milled to fit your needs. These vintage rough-sawn boards provide a beautiful, rustic look that will add character to your home or office.

You are purchasing directly from the owners at wholesale prices. We are not brokers, so there is no middle-man. The mill site is owned by S&W Commercial Properties, LLC and the project is being managed by Hardin Industrial Services, Inc.

Lumber is available in raw form that you can re-saw and mill according to your needs. If you are looking for hardwood flooring that is ready to be installed and finished, we can have the flooring milled for you. Prices are based on quantities, type, and grade of product. The wood is banded and palletized and ready for shipment or pickup.

In addition to the lumber, we have a large quantity of reclaimed brick. These Rome brick are solid brick that will add personality and a touch of history to your project. They come 600 per pallet and are shrink wrapped for shipping purposes.
